We are prevented by law from accepting returns for any medication.
Over the Counter Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any product that is returned must be in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging.
For safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for refrigerated items or items deemed hazardous by Drugstore-24.com. Examples of such items may include, but are not limited to:
Upon receipt of the item and a complete inspection, a refund will be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (16 to 21 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Shipped orders that go unclaimed or are refused at time of delivery or are returned undeliverable will be subject to original shipping charges incurred and return charges.
All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange.
How To Return An Item
If you need to return an item, please log in to your account. On the left side of your screen, please click on the “Return Authorization” link. You may then click on the gray “Orders” button to initiate a Returns or Canceled. From the drop down box, please select the appropriate order from which you wish to return items. Then press the blue “View” button opposite to the chosen order. And follow the further instructions.
Please then indicate the reason for your return. Once complete, click on the “Submit Request” to complete your Returns request.
Any returns received without a Returns Authorization request form may be delayed in processing. Please package the products being returned in a box or envelope (whichever best protects the product from damage) along with your printed Returns Authorization request. You may use your original envelope or box if it is still in good condition. Please address the package to:
